WOOD-FIRED BRICK-OVEN PIZZA

It's all in the name, wood-fired brick-oven pizza is cooked in a traditional brick oven fueled by hardwood. The intense heat, between 700 & 900 degrees, generated by the wood fire, creates a distinctive flavor profile characterized by smokiness and a slightly charred crust.  Our crust tends to be crispy on the outside but softer and chewier in the middle.  This cooking method ensures rapid and even baking, producing a crispy yet tender crust with perfectly crispy vegetables and melted toppings. Our wood-fired brick-oven pizzas have an exceptional taste and a rustic ambiance, reminiscent of Italian pizzerias.  It retains moisture, ensuring toppings remain juicy and flavors meld together harmoniously.
